Below are some examples of how to build PRSNTR into your training training programs – help with blending PRSNTR in training and post training embedding initiatives.
Pre-Training
If using PRSNTR as pre-work, you are required to do a 30-minute onboarding prior to your training course. This encourages participants to complete the pre-work and demonstrates how easy PRSNTR is to use.
During Training
We encourage you to allow participants to open their accounts and use PRSNTR during the training. Just allow time.
Use your discretion where you believe it will fit into your training, some ideas:
Complete steps 1,2,3 structuring their presentations allow 30 minutes.
If only recording their presentations – allow 20 minutes.
